Alicia Malone

Alicia was hired to work for FilmStruck which is a TCM streaming service in 2015. Robert Osborne and Ben Mankiewicz's introductions were recorded by Malone for the purpose of practicing speaking them out loud before the camera before her TCM broadcast hosting audition. Following her appearance in an interview for an interview for a Turner Classic Movies host position in 2017, the network offered her a job in the January following the audition. Malone spoke about the challenges that women face to face in the field of film in two separate TEDx speech.
